  • 20x60 fully fenced outdoor sand/rubber arena with lights, sprinkler system & seating
  • 20m fully fence outdoor sand round yard
  • Show jumps and cavalettis for the arena, hickstead jumps paddock in summer
  • Inside:  Stable complex with 2 cross-ties, hot/cold rubber lined washbay, kitchenette and bathroom
  • Outside:  4 sand day yards, 2 sand cross-ties, hot/cold concrete washbay, 4 oversized day yards/night yards
  • Ample parking and float storage
